Truthfuly, in the context of the series, Relena really doesn't have much interation at all with the remaining pilots outside of Heero. Some she gets to meet face to face and others she knows only by name and association with the Gundams.

With Duo Maxwell, Relena meets him in episode two, when she follows Heero to the navel base. When Heero pulls a gun on her ready to shoot, Duo appears and attacks Heero in order to save Relena. Of course she doesn't take Duo's attempt at saving her well, and yells at him asking why Duo would shoot Heero. Relena meets Duo again when she follows after Heero when the boys transfer to a new school; but no interaction outside of Duo addressing Relena is seen. Relena and Duo do not speak to either for the rest of the series after that, but he does tell Heero that she is trapped on Libra after Hilde's return and he does seem to know her well enough in Endless Waltz when he is talking to Heero in the control room. It can be interpreted that they do become friends, with the scenes of them together in Ground Zero and Battlefield of Pacifists side mangas.

The relationpship between Trowa Barton and Relena's doesn't have much to be said about it. Relena starts a search for Trowa who has gone missing, when Heero and Quatre come to the Cinq Kingdom. Other than that, not much else is covered to the type of relationship these two have. Trowa does tell Wufei in episode 46, when Heero goes to save Relena from Libra, to welcome her because “it's so easy to hurt a woman's feelings,” probably in lull of what he experianced with his sister. Trowa also says when Heero leaves, how powerful Relena must be to be able to influence a guy like Heero.

Quatre Raberba Winner is easily the next closest pilot after Heero whom Relena is friends with. It might be the similar views on war or that they are both very kind people that they are able to make a quick friendship. While in Cinq, Quarte seems to really respect Relena and what it is she trying to do. It's Quarte's idea to take him and Heero to the kingdom in the first place. In Blind Target, Quatre tells Heero how he thinks Relena is strong and that it really takes strength and courage to be able to forgive someone (Chris) as Relena has. In the drama version, Quatre and Relena have an opening phone conversation where she calls him ‘Quatre-kun’ and Quatre is in the know about her feelings towards Heero. In the other side story mangas, it's also shown that Relena and Quatre are able to become close friends.

Then finally with Chang Wufei, Relena never meets or mentions Wufei at all in the series. Though it is probably safe to say she knows of his exsistance because she was able to find out about Trowa and his disappeance. In Endless Waltz, Wufei joined with Mairemaia because he didn't agree with Relena's belief's of “throwing away weapons and confining soldiers.” He was, like many soldiers lost without a cause, because fighting was the only thing he felt alive doing. Thanks to Heero, he finally accepted peace.
