Lucrezia Noin Noin looks after Relena during her time in the Cinq Kingdom as its princess. Noin takes Relena to Cinq, under Zechs’ request protect her. Noin seems to respect Relena, and probably sees many things in Relena as she sees in Zechs. Noin has a hard job trying to control Relena at times, like during the conference with members of Romefeller when Relena goes up on stage and speaks openly about her discrepancies. Noin really just wishes to keep her promise to Zechs, and even goes against Relena's wishes and holds mobile suits in the kingdom to ensure that she'll be able to protect the kingdom in case of an attack. In the end, even though the kingdom falls once again, Noin still respects and cares about Relena and believes in her, like so many of the other characters in GundamW.

Treize Khushrenada Treize sees Relena has someone in the way of the future he has envisioned, but Relena can only see him as another enemy for being the leader of OZ. Treize is a complicated character in the series, but when he comes to take over Relena's position in Romefeller they seem to come to an unspoken agreement with one another, though Treize knows that Relena’s wish for pacifism in the World Nation at the time cannot work against White Fang and her brother.

Lady Une Lady Une was the one who killed Minister Darlian and sent people to kill Relena during the school party in episode six. Relena wanted to get revenge for her father and went to kill Lady Une, but things didn't go as planned and Relena escaped with only destroying Une's rose. When Relena finally meets up with Une again at the conclusion of the series, Une offered Relena to finally have her revenge but she declined right away, saying she wanted to end all this bloodshed once and for all.

Sally Po Relena first meets Sally when she takes Heero to an Alliance hospital after the fight with Duo. Sally becomes very interested in Heero and asks Relena many questions about him, which Relena acts fairly rude to Sally in return. Other than this brief meeting, these two don't meet each other for the remainder of the series.

Doctor J When running away from OZ after her father's death, Doctor J saves Relena. When asked why he saved her, he tells Relena she had the same took in her eyes as Heero did. He goes to tell her that Heero is actually a very kind person but to stay away from him. Relena doesn't listen his advice and continues to chase after Heero, needing to be around him. Relena uses her time with Doctor J to her advantage when she meets with Heero back on Earth in episode six.

King and Queen Peacecraft Because Relena was still only an infant during the kingdom’s collapse, Relena holds no memory of her birth parents. The things she learns about them are probably told to her by Pagan and maybe anything Noin might have learned from Zechs. The only time she really talks about her father is when referencing his beliefs in pacifism, first during the meeting Dorothy and when talking with Dekim in Endless Waltz.

The Darlians Vice Foreign Minister Darlian was very close to the Peacecrafts, and when the kingdom collapsed they took Relena as their own daughter. Mr. Darlian wasn't around very much as Relena was growing up, he didn't even show up in Episode Zero, but Relena still loved/loves him very much. Though she wished that her father would spend more time with her, and bother to really 'see' her. After finding out her true identity, she told her "mother" that she would always be her mother. But after this confession, Mrs. Darlian is never seen or heard of again. The Darlians play a big part in allowing Relena to make the transition from naive girl into the women she becomes.

Pagan Pagan was Relena's driver and after her father's death, he became almost like her caretaker along with Noin. He was always helping her and worrying about her safety. When he heard that Dorothy Catalonia was enrolling in the institute, he carried a gun with him just in case. When OZ attacked Relena's car, Pagen was badly injured and we don't see him again until Relena resigns as Queen. Pagan was also close to the Peacecrafts and knew both Zechs and Relena when they were growing up in Cinq.

Girls A, B, C, D You could say these are Relena's "friends", in a very loose sense of the word. They are more like her admirers and enjoy thinking of Relena as some type of princess. They aren't very close to her and Relena doesn't seem to want to be anymore than classmates with them. The creators seemed to think the same way, being that they never named these girls, only gave them letters.
